Meet The Chef

My love for food grew early, and I've worked in restaurants across three states and eaten my way through seven countries over a period of 20+ years. From continental to global cuisines, barbecue to wagyu, shirt sleeves to cloth napkins, I've come to believe in a few simple truths. Above all, I believe that a passion for the craft of cooking and a desire to share that work are the twin cornerstones of dining excellence. We must love--our ingredients, our guests, and the work itself. As a former educator and a proud Wyomingite I hope to use that experience and passion to provide diners with the best the mountain west has to offer.
